If you’re anything like me then you are not too fond of traditional cardio workouts like treadmills or elliptical trainers. Not only is it boring, but you also don’t have to spend hours upon hours in the gym to burn fat! You can select exercises that will incorporate a cardio component into your workouts, whether you’re using body weight, kettlebells, or dumbbells.
Whether I am working with clients in my FitCamp or with professional MMA fighters, I design my workouts to not only burn fat, boost your metabolism, and stimulate muscle growth but, also to improve your overall physical conditioning. I know how valuable your time is and I want you to get the best results in the shortest time possible.
You don’t have to spend hours in the cardio room-this workout can be done in either 20 or 30 minutes, and you’ll get a full-body workout. There is also limited equipment needed so you can perform this indoors or outdoors. All you need is a mat, some comfortable workout shoes, and a couple of dumbbells.
To begin, perform each exercise in Round One right after the other with no rest in between. After completing all the exercises, rest 60 seconds then repeat for Rounds 2 and 3. For a 20-minute workout, repeat all three rounds twice. For a 30-minute workout, repeat the rounds three times.
