Drink Special  

Sea Urchin

Ingredients:

10-13 Blueberries
5 slices cucumber
2 oz Gin (or Sub Vodka)
½ of a Lime
1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
1 ½ oz Passion Fruit Juice
1 oz Blueberry Juice

Directions:

Take blueberries and cucumbers and muddle.
Add Ice, Gin, and lime.
Squirt some simple syrup.
Add the pineapple, passion, and blueberry juices.
Shake and pour into a Collins glass.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3-4 pieces of Ruby Red Grapefruits
1 Lime
Ice
1 ½ oz Ruby Red Absolut vodka
½ oz Cointreau
Simple syrup
1 ½ oz White cranberry juice

Directions:
1-In a mixing glass add the Ruby Red Grapefruit & lime
2-Muddle
3-Add in the Ice, Ruby Red Absolut vodka, & the Cointreau
3-A splash of simple syrup
4-Finish it off with the white cranberry juice
5-Shake & Stain into cocktail (martini) glass

Naked Lady

Ingredients:

5 mint leaves
½ lemon juice
2 oz Vanilla Smirnoff or Bacardi Vanilla
1 oz Pomegranate juice
½ oz Simple syrup

  1. Add mint and lemon juice into a mixing glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Add vanilla vodka/ Bacardi, Pomegranate juice, and simple syrup
  4. Shake hard and strain into a cocktail glass- Presto!
